Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for our Discovery Services site located in Saffron Walden.


Principal Accountabilities


-To be responsible for the safety and security of the Robinson Building.

-To be responsible for keeping the Company premises and plant and equipment in sustainable, good operational order (excluding IT).

-To be responsible for the operation of hard and soft service contracts -To carry out hands-on maintenance activities.

-To be responsible for the application of statutory duties with respect to operating plant and equipment -To be responsible for asset management of plant, equipment and fixtures and fittings (excluding IT) -To keep up to date with and advise on best practice -To arrange moves and relocations.
