Intellectual Property: Costly and Complex? The Govt has ordered a review of the IP system in order to develop proposals for enhancing innovation and economic growth. Input is being requested so if anyone has any evidence/experiences they would like to submit then here is your opportunity. The UK lacks behind our major competitors in protecting and leveraging IP. What are the groups views on this? Is it too complex and too expensive? Nice to have, but not a priority? Or is an IP strategy for innovative businesses an integral part of their thinking and plans?
