As a graduate Engineer, Stephen Tunnicliffe-Wilson worked for Cambridge Consultants before spinning out Inca Digital Printers as one of seven founders. At Inca, he ran the Research and Development team for 16 years before becoming CEO in 2019. After turning the business around during the COVID pandemic, Steve managed its sale to Agfa in June 2022. Steve is now Director at Alliance Strategy Consulting, advising technology companies on growth and exit.
